If you would like to become a member of the DSAH, you will need to submit a completed registration form along with the initial membership fee of $25.*

There are two ways to do this:

If you would prefer to mail in your registration, you can click here to download our membership form, fill it out, and mail it to us with your cheque, payable to Down Syndrome Association of Hamilton, to:

Your membership includes admission to all DSAH social events, meetings and workshops, access to our library, and all DSAH mailings.

* Our fiscal year ends on March 31st, and all renewals are due at that time. Registrations received after January 1st will be credited through to the end of March of the following year. Registrations received before the end of this December will be renewed the next March when all renewals are due.
